so they can optimize for financial growth with minimal effort. We build easy-to-use tools & services for royalty tracking, desktop auditing and catalog sales.

Our story

PointsOwl was born from a shared vision to make the music industry more transparent and efficient. The idea began with three friends and world-renowned producers—Karl Ola Kjellholm, Jakke Erixson, and Philip Wareborn—who had firsthand experience navigating the complexities of royalties.

They partnered with Johan Edfeldt, founder of Starstable and seasoned entrepreneur, Fredrik, who brought expertise in music investments, and two tech minds, Carl (formerly at Klarna) and Kent (from Minut). Together, they brought a unique blend of music, business, and technology expertise to the table.
